Return Policy

To Return or Exchange one or more items from an order: 

                 

  • All return must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Any or All item(s) must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
  • Any or All item(s) must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.         

 

 * Please note: All Sales Item(s) are Final and are not Eligible for Return or Exchange. *

 

All original tags must still be attached to the garment(s). Be mindful of deodorant, makeup or perfume that may rub off.

               

Hood Life Apparel Clothing Company reserves the right to reject any returning product(s) that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address. In order to avoid this, please contact us at Returns@hoodlifeapparel.com to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

Returns

We apologize if it did not workout. In order to request a return, you must send us an E-mail at Returns@hoodlifeapparel.com and someone from our team will reach out to you within 3 business days.

Exchanges

See something else you like on our website; We can offer exchanges on items that are listed at below or equal value. Cannot find anything you like on our website; We do offer site credit that can be used to purchase any of our brand product item(s) at a later date. Item(s) must be listed at below or equal value.

Damaged Items

In order to return a damaged item(s) please take photos of the item(s) (at least 3 photos) and email it to us at Returns@hoodlifeapparel.com. Please provide a description of the damage in the Email and enter DAMAGED ITEM(S) in the subject line. After we have carefully inspected the photo(s), you will be advised to return the damaged item, and we will then issue you a new item(s) or offer you site credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.

    

     

Refunds

We do not offer refunds at this time; We can only offer site credit which will be issued to you in the form of an E-Gift Card and will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.

    

            

Please keep in mind: All products that are sold by Hood Life Apparel Clothing Company are thoroughly inspected by a team of quality control experts to ensure our customers are receiving the highest quality brand product(s) however, please understand that some item(s) may have minor imperfections. We do try to list (if any) these imperfections in each product description, but sometimes we miss them. If any minor imperfection in question was listed in the product description, then we will be unable to accept returns.
