What is your online return policy?

All returns must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. Please visit our Return Policy page for more details.

How do I return an item?

Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. PLEASE NOTE: Returning something to us will be at your own expense. We will either exchange the item(s) for another product equal to or less then the purchase price and send it to you free of charge, Issue you site credit in the form of an E Gift Card or both. The returning item(s) and packaging must be in good condition. Pease view our Return Policy page for more details on returns and exchanges. After we received your returned item(s), an exchange will be processed within 10 working days.

What is your return address?

You can find our return address on your sales order form. Please make sure to send your return item(s) to the correct address shown on your order form. 

Can I exchange my order?
It is possible to request for an exchange with a request for a return.

As soon as your return request is accepted and processed, the item that you are returning can be exchanged for another item equal to or less then the original purchase price. The shipping cost for this exchange order will be on us. An email will be sent out with conformation and details of your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will be calculated according to the size of the order, the destination and the USPS service you select at checkout. The shipping costs vary, please check your shipping cost at checkout. PLEASE NOTE: international shipping fees will be higher, for more information or questions, feel free to contact our Customer Service team at cs@hoodlifeapparel.com.  

How long does shipping take?

You should receive you order within 7 – 10 business days. PLEASE NOTE: the following information regarding the shipping times only account for the time it takes USPS to deliver your parcel. This does NOT include the time that we need to process your order for shipping. We try to always ship out your order the same day or the next business day.

What if there is a problem with the order I received?

If you have a problem with the order that you received, for instance, you have received a wrong item(s) or the item has a defect. Please contact our customer service team at CS@hoodlifeapparel.com by sending a message with a picture of the item(s). Our customer service team will get in touch with you as soon as possible and will see how they can find a way to correct the issue. Please visit our Return Policy page for more details.

What if I do not have my return form, what do I do?

If you lost or if you did not receive a sales order form with your order information, please contact our Customer Service team at, CS@hoodlifeapparel.com

 

Can I change the shipping address?
For orders placed online we provide the option to ship to an address different to the billing address. However, for security reasons, this service is discretionary. We reserve the right to only ship to the billing address or to verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address.

If you have made a mistake with your shipping details, please contact our Customer Services team immediately at CS@hoodlifeapparel.com and we will try to amend them.

Please note, due to the speed at of our fulfilment center, we cannot make any guarantees to change addresses prior to shipping. As soon as your order has been locked for processing, we will be unable to amend the shipping address.

How will I know if my order has been shipped out?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number you can use to track your package. 

What couriers do you use for shipping?

All our orders will be shipped via USPS. Please note other courier services may be available at checkout
